Robert Grainger, President.

Robert's experience in Energy and the Environment started in the UK with GEC, where he was an engineer involved in metering and control systems for electrical distribution and industrial facilities around the world. He later worked as a project manager for an UK Software House that specialized in control systems for automating utility and industrial processes. In his career he has held positions in Business Development, Finance and Operations into General Management, and served as Managing Director of a group of companies covering such diverse markets as capital equipment for the oil and telecommunications industries, satellite fuel systems and automotive body panels. He has served as U.S. President for a European Aerospace Group managing process-based industries. A common theme of these businesses was cost reduction and environmental stewardship. The U.S. facility under his leadership was one of the first ISO 14001 approved companies in the U.S., and he subsequently managed the transfer of the manufacturing facilities to Mexico, as well as the sale and environmental clean-up of the company's real estate portfolio.

Robert holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Birmingham University in the UK, a Master of Engineering degree from Liverpool University and a MBA from Cranfield.

Donald Imhoff, VP Business Development.

Don's career began as an engineer in the mining industry. He subsequently merged his skills into a marketing career in the technology sector working with customers and partners in Asia, Europe, Middle East, South America and the U.S. In Sales and Marketing roles, he has consistently exceeded revenue growth targets for private and publicly traded companies ranging from start up to over $1 billion in revenue. Most recently he was President of a Venture Capital-backed start up company, where he successfully grew revenues, subsequently managing the successful sale of the business.

Manish Agarwal, Head of Advisory Group.

Manish brings more than 20 years of success in the Consulting and Technology industries. He has been a top contributor and advisor to diverse clientele around the world. He has held a variety of leadership roles throughout his career, in areas relating to transformational change, growing new business/solutions and ensuring extraordinary customer experience. Regarded as a Visionary Change Agent, he has proven experience in Global Business Development, Strategic and Operational Planning, overall P and L Management across countries and creating and managing trusted partner relationships with clients and strategic partners. He has directly managed teams of more than 300 people and mentored the next level of leaders. Most recently, Manish led a software startup and successfully led the divestiture with a good return to the shareholders. His previous roles have included leading the Asia Pacific region of a more than $5 billion IT services company. He was also a partner in KPMG, where he advised and implemented large strategic initiatives for clients.
